Why is it important to know the brake type?

Depending on the brake type on your bike you need different brackets and magnet modules. There are two options to choose from, which you can see below:

a) SL200 Series - for disc / roller brakes:

Choose this option if you have disc brakes (max diameter 180 mm / 7,09โ€) or roller brakes on either front or rear wheel.

Disc brake:

Roller brakes looks similar but are usually not as wide:

b) AMS Light or SL100 Series - for v-brakes / caliper:

Choose this option if your bike uses either brake pads or the foot pedal for braking.
