When the number of the bike light ends in 00 (ex. SL100) it is dependent on the speed, but at 15 km/h, it flashes at a rate of 150 flashes/minute with two magnets.
If the bike light number ends in 20 (ex. SL120) it flashes at a rate of 120 flashes/minute and has ReePower.
If the bike lights number end in 50 (ex. SL150) it has constant light.
