My CIO+ bike light does not flash?

If your CIO+ bike light does not work at first, please remember that it has to be charged before the ReePower™ works. As soon as the light has been charged, the flash will be flashing consistently at all speed levels. The best thing you can do is to go for a five min. ride and check that the light continues to flash when at a stand still. If it does not, you are welcome to send a picture to our support team, showing how the light is mounted and we should be able to help you.

It is also important to check that the distance between magnet and light is about 2 - 3 mm
