We do not recommend NOVA for mountain bikes or bikes with really wide forks and fat tires. This is due to the fact that many mountain bikes have a broad suspension fork and seat stay, which can results in difficulty when mounting the dynamos. In many cases, it is not possible to have it mounted close enough to the rim, which results in poor performance.

You can measure the distance between the rim and the inside of the fork and seat stay in order to check if NOVA can fit your bike. The distance should not be above 25mm.
